What a year 2020 has been, covid reshaped it for us all.
Here in the south of NZ most of us can say we don’t personally know anybody that has been infected, compared to the rest of the world that's something to be grateful for. However many businesses have suffered badly and most affected in various ways. We were entering our busy period so timing was bad. Pre lockdown we had unprecedented demand for pellets with long queues and supply issues. During lockdown we closed our showroom but continued with non contact home deliveries. Post lockdown we had a large backlog of work to catch up with, but we made the best of it and just carried on. We are planning for a better 2021, we will to start with a special on pellets (currently working on the details). We have new improved pellet fire models coming and can offer increased subsidies (terms and conditions apply).
